At the Washington African American Chamber of Commerce (WAACOC), our mission is to foster economic growth and community development by supporting the interests of our members. We believe in the power of collaboration and advocacy to drive meaningful change. One of the key organizations embodying these principles in our region is the Tri-Cities Legislative Council (TCLC).

Who is the Tri-Cities Legislative Council?

The TCLC is a coalition of community organizations from the Tri-Cities, united to advocate for our region's interests at both state and federal levels. By fostering collaboration among member organizations, the TCLC ensures that efforts are not duplicated, maximizing our collective impact.

• Tri-City Industrial Development Council (TRIDEC)
• Visit Tri-Cities
• Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce
• Pasco Chamber of Commerce
• West Richland Chamber of Commerce
• Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Mission and Focus

The TCLC works collectively to identify and prioritize legislative issues that affect the Tri-Cities area. Key areas of focus include:

• Infrastructure Development: Advocating for improvements that support our growing community.
• Economic Growth: Promoting policies that stimulate business development and job creation.
• Education: Ensuring access to quality education for all residents.
